I updated my resume after applying. Does the company see the new version?

Generally, yes. In applications, the company opens the resume as it is now, and the file you sent is also the current one. Some companies keep a copy of the resume from the day of application: for them, this copy does not change.

What does not change

• The answers and attachments of questionnaires you have already sent.
• The cities chosen in the application.

To correct something that has already been sent, contact the company offering the job. In the application, use Send a question to the company when this channel appears.

Can I have a resume for each job?

No. Each person has only one resume, which applies to all companies. Use the Professional summary to highlight what matters and keep your education and experience complete.
